System Issues 04/14/2017 - RESOLVED



09:45 AM ET Overnight, our servers were automatically patched by our web host for a security vulnerability. This update caused a configuration issue preventing some of our servers from restarting. Our team modified the configuration and restarted the affected servers. We have put measures in place to prevent this from occurring in the future.

09:25 AM ET We are now seeing sites up and running again. We had a short period of time where sites weren't responding, and our techs are continuing to work on diagnosing and resolving this issue.

09:00 AM ET We are seeing "The service is not available. Please try again later." messages on websites, job boards, talent showcase, HaleyMail sites, and myHaley. You may occasionally see the message “An internal server error occurred" when trying to access or edit your website. Please be assured that we are aware of the issue and we are working to find a resolution to the problem.
