7.12 Remove Contact from Job Board Mailings

A candidate asked to be removed from my mailing list. How do I do this?

When someone calls or emails you asking you to stop sending job board notifications, they may opt out of your mailings at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the job board email. 

Otherwise, you can:
  1. Log into myHaley, click on "Lists">"Manage Contacts".
  2. Search for your candidate with the fields on the left - usually email address is the easiest.
  3. Click on the email link.
  4. Go to the Account tab.
  5. In the Global Opt-out field, choose "Requested Removal"
Once you do that, the person will no longer receive mailings.
