9:32AM Eastern:  All systems are back up and all sites are now functioning as expected. 

9:25AM Eastern:  Our engineers are currently investigating a system-wide outage impacting all websites, job boards, and HaleyMail accounts.  

We will continue to provide updates here as they become available.
