10/19 3:00 PM Eastern: Rackspace is reporting that at approximately 08:00 CDT, Cloud Servers engineers identified an issue impacting a subset of Cloud Servers instances in the ORD and LON regions. At this time, a number servers that had been migrated from FirstGen to NextGen in those regions may experience a loss of network connectivity. Original Message: As you may be aware, our web servers are physically hosted with Rackspace.com, the world's largest provider of cloud infrastructure. Haley Marketing has 30 dedicated servers at Rackspace, which we monitor 24/7/365. We employ not just web servers, but also load balancers, firewalls, and backup services to help ensure optimal performance for your site.

Rackspace has informed us that beginning today, they will be migrating all of our servers to new hardware to mitigate a "critical vulnerability". We should not experience any downtime "although you may experience packet loss of up to 5 seconds and slight degradation in I/O performance."​
