How Can I Update My Office Location Information On My Website?

Your website can have your office location information stored, which means you'll need to edit each of these locations in WordPress.

Here are the possible locations for your office location to be displayed:

  1. Contact Us Sidebar
  2. Footer of your site (visible on every page of your desktop site)
  3. Mobile site footer (visible on every page of your mobile site)
  4. Mobile bar icons

This is how you can edit each location:

Editing your Contact Us sidebar:

Go to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance -> Widgets and click on the "Contact Us" sidebar widget:

Editing your Contact Us sidebar:

Go to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance -> Widgets and click on the "Footer" sidebar widget (there may be more than one footer option, so you may need to check them all to see which has the location information):

Editing your mobile footer:

Go to your WordPress dashboard and go to WPTouch Pro -> Theme Settings -> Branding and edit the "Theme Footer".  Make sure to keep the HTML markup consistent during these edits!  If you're unsure - please reach out to the Haley Marketing support team for help:

Editing your mobile bar icons:

Go to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance -> Menu and select the "Mobile Footer" menu.  This spot only has a Google directions link, so make sure you have an updated link from Google for your office:

You can follow these directions from Google (CLICK HERE!) and you'll need to choose the "Share" option.  If you have a map embedded below your location information on the Contact Us page, make sure to use the "Embed" option in the Google Maps instructions.
