Rackspace Maintenance Window Announced - February 8th

2/10/16 - Per Rackspace:

A portion of this maintenance failed to perform as expected and was rolled back within the maintenance window. The needed work will be scheduled for some time in the future.

As you may be aware, our web servers are physically hosted with Rackspace.com, the world's largest provider of cloud infrastructure.  Haley Marketing has 30 dedicated servers at Rackspace, which we monitor 24/7/365. We employ not just web servers, but also load balancers, firewalls, and backup services to help ensure optimal performance for your site.

Rackspace has informed us that they will be conducting maintenance on February 8, 2016. We believe that the maintenance may result in a brief interruption of service to your site.

 
Maintenance Window, February 7: 

  • Start Time: 02/08/2016 3:00 AM EST 
  • End Time: 02/08/2016 6:30 AM EST 
  • Impact: There will be intermittent connectivity interruptions expected to total 3-5 minutes during the course of the maintenance window.  This should be shown by packet loss during the course of the maintenance.
