FINAL UPDATE/RESOLUTION (3:53 PM ET)

We had some intermittent issues with connectivity between our servers. Our tech team was able to isolate the service having issues and correct it. We apologize for any inconvenience and want to reassure you that we are working to prevent future service interruptions related to this issue.

We're continuing to investigate an abnormally high load on the web servers causing intermittent slowness and will keep you updated.

We are seeing intermittent "Service Unavailable" messages on websites, job boards and HaleyMail.  You may occasionally see the message “An internal server error occurred" when trying to access or edit your website. Please be assured that we are aware of the issue and we are working on finding a resolution to the problem.
